TONIGHT: Writers Who Wine

Jennifer Basye Sander says: "Join your friends at Writers Who Wine as we gather at Revolution Wines Friday night from 6-8. Be there, glass in hand!"

Not sure what Writers Who Wine is? It's a monthly gathering of area writers to chat, network and enjoy the company of kindred spirits! Check it out on facebook.

Tomorrow: Amherst Writers and Artists Found Pat Schneider Reads

Pat Schneider, author of "Writing Alone And With Others" and founder of Amherst Writers and Artists (AWA), will be in Sacramento for a public reading and lecture Saturday, April 16, on the first floor of the Sutter Cancer Center, 28th and L streets. Pat will begin the program at 7:00 p.m. and will sign books at the event, which is free and open to the public.

Staff Parking is available for this event and can be reached from 29 or 30th streets. The arrows indicate one way streets. The dotted line shows the safest way to get from the parking lot to the Beuhler Building, because of construction there are no sidewalks that go directly from the parking lot to the building. Crossing in the middle of the block is dangerous and is against the law--Security Personnel will be watching.
