The Write Stuff: Student authors take center stage.

April 21, Thursday, 2-4 p.m. (Life Meds) and 4-6 p.m. (Prized Writing).

UC Davis students take center stage at two author events next week. The University Writing Program presents the newest edition of Prized Writing, showcasing the work of undergraduates from around the university. Over at the bookstore, undergraduate Sergio Sanders will sign copies of his newest book, Life Meds, Volume 2 — another collection of poems and words of wisdom. David Sedaris appears at the Mondavi on April 28 but this thing has been sold out since last August. You can join the waiting list for last minute ticket returns, but that thing probably has a hundred people on it.
